Add AI to your CRM or ERP

Your teams do not need one more tool. They need the software they use all day to spare them data entry, summarise a file before a meeting and flag what deserves attention. AI is useful when it is built into the business software, with its data and its permissions.

The problem

A CRM or ERP holds years of history nobody has time to read: call notes, emails, tickets, orders. The value is there, buried in free-text fields.

A general assistant open in another tab knows neither your customers nor your rules. Building AI into the business software means giving it the context of a specific record, within the permissions of the signed-in user.

How we work

  1. 1

Pick two or three gestures, not a vision

We watch the real work and keep the high-frequency repetitive gestures: preparing a meeting, writing a report, qualifying an inbound request, following up. Each feature must save time from week one.

  2. 2

Design the feature inside the existing interface

A “summarise this account” button, a pre-filled reply draft, a field filled from an email. The user sees the suggestion, corrects it, validates it. Nothing is written to the database without their consent.

  3. 3

    Connect cleanly

Data access goes through the software’s API, with the user’s identity. Whether your tool is an off-the-shelf product or a custom application, we add the AI layer without touching what works.

  4. 4

    Measure usage

A feature nobody uses after a month is removed or rethought. We track adoption and the share of suggestions accepted without correction, which is the best quality indicator.

What makes these projects fail

Starting with a chatbot

An empty input box makes users guess what they can ask. Precise actions, placed at the right spot on the screen, are adopted much faster.

Letting AI write to the database

Wrong data in a CRM spreads everywhere. Until reliability is measured, AI suggests and a human validates.

Depending on a single model provider

Models and their prices change fast. We isolate the model call behind an interface, so it can be swapped without rewriting the application.

What you receive

  • Study of business gestures and feature prioritisation
  • AI features built into your existing interface
  • API connectors that respect user permissions
  • Log of suggestions, acceptances and corrections
  • Adoption indicators and evolution plan

Frequently asked questions

Our CRM is an off-the-shelf product. Can AI be added to it?

Yes, as long as it exposes an API or extension points, which the main products do. When the vendor already offers an AI feature that meets the need, we advise using it rather than rebuilding it.

What if our tool was custom-built years ago?

That is often the most favourable case, because nothing prevents building AI right into the screens. We also take over existing applications, including old ones, without imposing a rewrite.

Where should we start?

With a low-risk, high-frequency feature, typically a record summary or a report draft. It is quick to set up, changes no data and shows your teams what AI concretely brings.

Is your situation close to this one?

Describe it in a few lines. We will tell you whether AI is the right answer — and we will also tell you when it is not.
