We’ve contributed to projects in medtech (computer vision, medical AI for skin‑lesion detection, model traceability and confidentiality requirements), fintech (real‑time trading platforms, payment integrations, application security, risk management), e‑commerce (high‑traffic responsive sites, ERP/CRM, payment and logistics integrations) and automotive (vehicle configurators and tracking tools, dealer networks, governance and documentation). We work on both web applications and iOS/Android mobile apps, ensuring architectural, security and UX coherence.
Method
Our method relies on short cycles, clear prioritization and transparent communication with stakeholders. On the product side, we lead discovery, define objectives, instrument the roadmap and measure delivered value. On the engineering side, we favor a simple, readable architecture, automated tests, reliable CI/CD and full observability (logs, metrics, traces) to ensure stability and responsiveness. Security is built‑in from the start: secret management, hardening, RBAC/SSO, SAST/DAST scanning, compliance (including GDPR) and regular reviews.
Stack & AI
Our preferred backend stack includes Ruby on Rails, Python and Node.js. On the frontend, we work with HTML, CSS, JS, Bootstrap/Tailwind and React (or React Native when needed). For data and AI, we leverage LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Grok), NLP, embeddings and vision frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) where use cases warrant it, with an MLOps framework and guardrails aimed at explainability, traceability and confidentiality. Databases are primarily PostgreSQL and Redis, and hosting relies on well‑controlled environments (Heroku, AWS, GCP) with measurable SRE practices.
