Osmove advises company leadership on their artificial intelligence choices — which use cases hold up, what they cost, what they return — then builds the systems behind them. We also design the business software around them: CRM, ERP, sales management, logistics, internal portals, across web, mobile and desktop. And we run our own software in production, which holds us to the standard our clients expect.
Founder
Jimmy Douieb is a consultant in artificial intelligence and software architecture. For twenty years he has helped companies of all sizes design, lead and deliver their digital solutions. An entrepreneur, a developer, then a CTO before founding Osmove, he still writes code today and covers the full lifecycle — from discovery to production — combining engineering rigor, product thinking and pragmatic governance.
His experience spans demanding contexts: fintech, health, e‑commerce, automotive, CRM and ERP. He handles advisory work with leadership, scoping and trade‑offs, team coordination and stakeholder management, with a strong focus on quality, security and documentation.

Where Osmove comes from
Osmove was founded in 2021, but it did not start from nothing: the company builds on twenty years spent designing websites, applications and business software — CRM, e-commerce, ERP, sales tools, mobile apps, connected devices. Those twenty years explain the rest: we have seen enough projects go wrong to recognise the signs early, and enough systems last a decade to know what sets them apart.
A partnership that opens large accounts
We work in partnership with Ordatel, an IT services company whose Data & AI division Jimmy Douieb has headed since February 2025. That relationship gives us access to critical large-account systems our own size would not reach.
It is within that arrangement that we hold the functional lead on a programme at an international car manufacturer, whose leadership we also advise on technology choices and AI implementation — an engagement renewed year after year.
